The Bel Air Location opened in April, 2007 and has been thriving in Harford County ever since. As an entrepreneur we saw the need for offering recycled inkjet and toner to the homeowners and businesses here in Harford County at a large savings. We provide free delivery to businesses and offer 100% guarantee on all of our products. We are involved with almost every school in the county with our recycling program and the schools receive monies for all recycled cartridges they collect for us. Customer Service is our driving force, if you are not happy, we’re not happy.
Since we came from a Franchise concept in the past, Franchising was an easy fit for our team. We have expanded to Lutherville in July of 2009 at 1701 York Road just south of Ridgley Road across from Lutherville Elementary School
Our third location just opened October 26th in Glen Burnie at 30 E. Ordnance Road, just east of Ritchie Highway in the Expressway Shopping Center. All three locations are ready to service you with the best remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges at incredible prices.

Origins
The Rapid Refill ink and toner concept was established in 2002 in Eugene, Oregon. This college-town in the Pacific Northwest provided the perfect backdrop to launch this new business venture. With a focus on customer service, recycling and product quality, one store quickly grew to several and began drawing attention from beyond the city limits. What once served a single community has rapidly grown into a franchise system serving communities coast-to-coast.
